How It Works When You Call
This is a phone-first service. You call, talk through your rodent problem with an independent pest control provider and decide what to do next. Here is what to expect.

When you call
- Call (316) 236-0179. Your call is connected with an independent pest control provider who takes calls for the Wichita area.
- Describe the problem. Say what you have seen or heard, where in the house or yard, and for how long.
- Confirm service at your address. Ask whether the provider covers your street and when the next available visit is.
- Ask about price and what is included. Ask what the first visit covers, whether sealing is part of it and whether follow-up visits cost extra.
- Decide. If the details work for you, you set up the visit with the provider. If not, you are free to say no.
Have this ready before you call
- Your address, or at least your part of town
- What you found: droppings, noises, chewing, nests or burrows
- Where you found it: kitchen, attic, garage, crawl space, yard
- How long it has been going on
- The type of building: house, apartment, manufactured home or business
- Whether children or pets live in the home

- InspectionA look inside and outside to find where rodents are living, how they travel and how they get in.
- Trapping or baitingTraps placed where rodents travel. Any bait kept in locked stations out of reach of kids and pets.
- Sealing entry pointsClosing gaps with hard materials like hardware cloth, sheet metal and mortar, after active rodents are removed.
- Cleanup adviceHow to safely clean droppings and nests, or whether the provider will do it.
- Follow-upA return visit to check traps and sealed spots, if it is part of the plan.
What this website does not do
Rodent Control Wichita does not inspect or treat properties. We do not set prices, schedules or guarantees. The provider you speak with is an independent business and is responsible for its own work and terms. Read more on theAbout page.
